Who you are

  • This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and executional excellence to strengthen our partner ecosystem and accelerate growth
  • 5-7+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances, or channel marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing marketing performance

What the job involves

  • As the Lead Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with Fullstory’s key technology and solution partners
  • You’ll work cross-functionally to drive joint marketing campaigns, create compelling co-branded content, and optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies to maximize partner-driven revenue
  • Act as a partner evangelist and the primary point of contact for Partners inside the Marketing team
  • Identify where strategic partners should be incorporated and lead all new product introductions to the channel
  • Own Marketing-sponsored partner events and collaborate with the Partner team on Partner-sponsored events
  • Quarterback all content creation and promotion of partner-led solutions and Integrations across Marketing channels
  • Maximize all Marketing Development Funds (MDF) from partners and track ROI
  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Support Innovation days execution in collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution
  • Measure and report on the success of partner marketing programs, identifying areas for improvement
