What the job involves

  • As a Customer Onboarding manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and satisfaction of our prospects and clients.
  • You will work closely with our pre-sales, customer success, security, product, enterprise, and engineering teams, handling both pre-sales and onboarding processes, while managing a portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in a target-oriented environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Client Communication: Maintain impeccable communication via email and on calls with international clients. You’ll be the main point of contact for onboarding and relationship-building
  • Enterprise Client Management: Handle enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in consulting or customer success is a plus
  • Target Achievement: Manage a portfolio of clients and meet quarterly onboarding and pre-sales targets. Consistently deliver high-quality results in line with company goals
  • Pre-Sales and Onboarding Support: Seamlessly manage both pre-sales conversations and the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active user
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, and Google Suite is highly preferred. You’ll be expected to leverage these platforms for client communication, task tracking, and relationship management
  • High Ownership & Independence: Operate with a high level of ownership, working independently with minimal supervision. You should be comfortable overcommunicating progress and updates in a fully remote environment

COVID-19 has seen a huge increase in remote business meetings, resulting in communication increasingly taking place across digital platforms. This has reduced the effectiveness of traditional personal assistants, resulting in a demand for a digital alternative.

Fireflies provides an AI assistant for digital business meetings that takes notes, transcribes and analyzes web-conference meetings. The software can then use this recorded data to help users automate post-meeting tasks such as data entry and task creation.

There are a number of competing transcription solutions operating in this space, for example Reason8, Voicea and Zoom AI Assistant, which was released in 2023. Fireflies sets itself apart with its generous free plan and, consequently, is poised for growth as the interest in videoconferencing continues to rise coupled with series A funding that has been invested into expanding its platform.
