The energy at Perkbox is fantastic! You can really feel the passion and drive for success across all departments. In the sales team in particular it is really strong everyone is working towards a common goal.

There is a lot of understanding around having a family and work life balance. Sometimes things happen which we can’t control so working for a company who understands that is a breath of fresh air!

The senior leadership team are always around and very open and transparent about strategy and business goals which is extremely reassuring. They have created a strong culture where we really do feel connected.

The people at Perkbox are great. Perkbox really knows how to employ people who fit the company culture. I've made a lot of friends during my time at Perkbox, a lot of who I meet with outside of work.

I love the emphasis on having a healthy work-life balance at Perkbox. Flexible working at Perkbox means that I can work around my own schedule. I'm a morning person, so I often start work early, which frees up my evenings to spend with family & friends - or just to do some chores around the house. It's really helpful.

As you'd expect, Perkbox knows how to do perks. Quite often our People team will surprise us with events, gifts and fun things to do remotely or in the office. It makes working at Perkbox fun and rewarding.

Today happens to be my third year at Perkbox and I've had three different roles to match. Perkbox have given me lots of opportunities to progress and been very supportive of any movement between roles that I've wanted to put my hand to.

Perkbox have been flexible with our working set up in light of the pandemic giving us a flexible hybrid model. I currently do 2 days in the office and 3 at home. There's always plenty going on in the office for those that want to go in and understanding if you'd prefer to work from home or can't make it in. When we're at home our managers do plenty to ensure were all still connected and got everything we need.

Considering what we do, Perkbox ensures that we're all looked after! They practise what they preach with a great culture and lots of support for our well-being.

It doesn't matter if you're part of the leadership team or a brand new employee, they will listen to your thoughts and ideas and take everything on board. There have been numerous examples of team members helping to shape the company. You are always listened to.

There has genuinely never been a day that I've woken up and felt that I don't want to go to work. Part of that is knowing that what I do and the product we sell makes a real difference to people's lives.

Perkbox always welcomes feedback and questions. We regularly have open table discussions with leadership and are invited to regularly give our feedback.

I love that what we do ultimately helps people be happier, healthier and more motivated. Everyone talks about these things but very few companies actually practice what they preach, and Perkbox is definitely one of those companies.

The team energy, especially when we get to the office, is inspiring. Everyone's always ready to help and contribute.

Celebration is a huge part of our work life, and no great input or effort gets left out. We put our own product to use and sending a praise of somebody's success, no matter how big or small, is definitely a great cultural habit we have in the team.
