Who you are

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B campaign marketing and demand generation
  • Proven track record of planning, creating and executing effective multi-channel, integrated campaigns to drive revenue
  • Experience of full funnel analysis to optimise demand creation, lead nurturing, conversion and pipeline acceleration programs
  • Excellent project management, organisation, coordination, and stakeholder management
  • Experience of working closely with sales, product marketing, brand and regional marketing teams in a global fast-paced and high growth environment
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to craft compelling campaign messaging, clearly conveying complex ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is able to handle multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
  • Highly motivated and self-directed

What the job involves

  • The Global Campaign Manager will be the central expert for driving campaigns globally to generate leads from SMBs
  • You will partner with product marketing, subject matter experts, brand and content, and regional marketing teams to develop compelling integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand
  • You will have excellent project management and executional skills, fuelled by a deep analytical and metrics driven approach to marketing optimisation
  • Collaborate with product marketing, subject matter experts, and brand and content, to identify strategically important market segments and agree global campaign themes and messages, aligned with business objectives and go to market priorities
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to plan and build a schedule of compelling global integrated campaigns to help drive global revenue from SMBs, either directly, or through accountancy and bookkeeping firms
  • Be bold and creative in planning and executing campaigns, leveraging the right mix of tactics at your disposal
  • Work closely with the digital team to effectively move leads through our self service channels to activation
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to deliver global ‘campaigns in a box’, and support their localisation and execution in region
  • Liaise with the global brand and content team, or external agencies to create a portfolio of marketing collateral (eg. case studies, infographics, product overviews, video, direct mail, landing pages)
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using your analytical skills to optimise demand creation, lead nurturing, conversion and pipeline acceleration
  • Co-ordinate multiple stakeholders and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
