Our take

Only a tiny percentage of properties are for sale at any time, and there are currently little to no methods to enquire out about houses that are not listed for sale. Nøkkel are helping homebuyers and homeowners bring their property dreams into focus.

The company has both a B2B and a B2C offering. For homebuyers, they provide a free app to help find off market properties and also directly engage potential sellers to better understand the value of their property. For financial institutions, they can directly integrate Nokkel data into their platforms and, consequently, offer customers a more holistic view of their entire asset portfolio.

Although independent, the company are a key venture within FNZ’s ecosystem (supplying property solutions) and so are extremely well connected and supported. FNZ are one of the World’s most successful FinTech’s, with a global financial services client base and a $20 billion market cap.

Geoff was the Chief Technology Officer for EatMyRide BV. Prior to that, he spent a decade in senior data science consultant positions. He has worked in numerous industries and lived in many countries.
