What the job involves

  • Maximise the potential of an existing portfolio of clinicians through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships
  • Our Account Managers are the face of GetHarley, so you will be working between our Marylebone HQ, home and visiting your clinicians face to face, in their clinic in London and around the UK. We estimate 20-25% of your week to involve travel outside of London (fully expensed). Occasionally you may need to participate in evening entertaining with clients at an event. No two days are the same at GetHarley so you must enjoy working in a client facing, fast-paced environment and be passionate about changing and transforming our clinicians lives!
  • Work closely against KPI’s and revenue targets
  • Act as a consultant to provide relevant solutions to help grow your portfolios skincare sales and increasing their average order value via GetHarley
  • Engage with your clinicians regularly to deep dive into their needs, seeking to highlight value and return on investment using GetHarley
  • Be a skincare expert, keeping up to date with the latest trends and product launches
