Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience working in sales development at high-volume SaaS and/or services startup
  • 2+ years of experience hiring, managing, and coaching a team of SDRs
  • Experience in sales operations or working cross-functionally with a sales operations team; assisting in setting up end-to-end solutions in Salesforce and other tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, Zendesk Sell, etc
  • Experience in building out reporting and making recommendations based on results
  • Experience creating sequences and writing phone scripts and email/SMS copy

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager to enable Rula’s Patient Growth team to drive more Patient Starts through nurturing existing leads via phone, email, and text
  • This person will be responsible for building out the new Patient Outreach pod and will play a pivotal role in taking this program from 0 -> 1
  • You will define overall strategy, playbooking, scripting/copywriting, tooling, and reporting
  • Additionally, you will onboard, train, and coach a team of SDRs (offshore to start) to perform direct outreach activities
  • This role will be critical in helping more patients access care and achieving our overall mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone
