Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a revenue operations or sales operations role within a technology startup or SaaS company
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Proven track record of driving results and implementing data-driven strategies
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus

What the job involves

  • Utilize data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from various sources such as CRM, marketing automation, and financial systems
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track revenue metrics, sales performance, and pipeline health
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation, lead scoring, and conversion rates
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes by providing accurate and timely revenue forecasts and insights
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline revenue operations workflows
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting in compliance with accounting standards
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to drive business growth and efficiency
