Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Specialist in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Experience in a tech company will be considered a plus
  • Experience in Executive Recruitment will be considered a plus
  • Experience in International recruitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Platform
  • Team player with the ability to establish and maintain working relationships

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team at Plum
  • You will play a crucial role in acquiring top-tier talent to drive the company's growth and success
  • Also, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified professionals in the highly dynamic and competitive fintech industry
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the company's needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
  • Be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process including outreach/sourcing, interviewing and offer
  • Implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates for assigned positions
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide interview training and guidance to hiring managers to ensure a consistent and fair evaluation of candidates
  • Focus on data - you keep track of hiring goals and KPIs by providing accurate, clear and regularly cadenced reporting on the recruiting pipelines
  • Working closely with the Talent Team to make sure an efficient hiring process is in place
  • Collaborate with the People Ops team and hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers
  • Facilitate the negotiation process and ensure a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding
  • Collaborate with the People Ops Team on different projects to employer brand, culture, people and general happiness
