Usually going to the office twice a week (since there are really nice perks there too :D). I am also able to work from our offices in Athens and Nicosia, even though I am based in London.

In engineering a ton of great talent has been hired & progressed. A key factor here is that the management is supportive and has fostered a no-blame culture! Management is happy to give more ownership and responsibility to every engineer & help them succeed!

In engineering, the projects are really hard and deal with subjects that are difficult. For example trading, or analysing big chunks of data. We are at critical phases at the moment to increase our Fund Product options to existing users and hopefully welcoming some new users. The work involved in all areas of the business is very challenging as the Financial industry is heavily regulated and constantly changing. For me this is a great opportunity to grow and contribute within Plum.

Everyone is focusing on the outcome and not the time you put in to bring it on. No restrictions on working hours other than to attend the meetings of the team and have overlap with the people you're working with. Policy that you can work from another country from 45 days per year makes it really good for people that want to grasp the opportunity of remote working and travel more without taking their time off.

The mission is great as it focuses on helping people with less have more. Focusing the last couple of years both on setting money aside so you can do more, but also on growing the money you have with products like mutual funds, stocks, interest, and SIPP. Soon our mission will be wider by controlling also your spending through plum!

There is almost complete autonomy and freedom regarding remote work, but also a lovely office. Though there are rough guidelines, everyone picks hours and location that work best for them.

In Plum we work in a really hybrid model. We go to the office without having to declare it from the day before. Also there is flexibility if someone wants to start working earlier, or there is a need to leave work earlier we are open to discuss it with the team and adjust.

When I joined Plum I was offered a salary close enough to the one I asked on the interviews and I was told that after the 6-month evaluation we will revisit. I got a raise after the evaluation and I felt that my work and efforts are really appreciated.
