Who you are

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty
  • 3+ years marketing experience with start-ups or growth companies
  • Highly skilled with campaign development, social marketing and copywriting
  • Strong communication skills, confident delivering workshops and working with stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and bring creative ideas

Desirable

  • Previous experience in b2b and or HR space

What the job involves

  • Leading on the Happl marketing (social, PR, events, community and more)
  • Working with our client's internal marketing teams to promote Happl internally to their workforce
  • Testing creative growth strategies to continuously grow the Happl ecosystem of clients
  • Curate and manage the business messaging to appeal to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Lead on the founder's social content strategy to improve stakeholder reach
  • Work closely with the client internal teams to devise a strategy for launch and onboarding
