  • Technical Skills
  • Outbound sales experience
  • CRM knowledge, ideally Hubspot
  • Experience in B2B sales outreach in a high-growth Seed/Series A business selling technology solutions to corporates would be advantageous
  • Successful experience in outreach at scale, using email, Linkedin, social media, phone, etc
  • Demonstrable experience in helping a sales team in generating a consistently large client pipeline to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Ability to hit monthly and quarterly targets

  • We have a compelling value proposition that we are seeing phenomenal conversion rates once we get in front of our corporate clients. The challenge we have to solve is to get our company in front of as many of these corporates as possible as once they do, they convert into lifelong customers!
  • You will be prospecting and working with the SDR, to find HR & Wellbeing decision makers across the globe, and once qualified, will be pitching to them, negotiating and forming relationships to ensure MYNDUP is successfully integrated into their employee benefits
  • You will be responsible for outbound lead qualification, hosting demos, negotiating and building your pipeline to hit your individual targets
  • Market knowledge and industry expertise will be pivotal in this role to ensure you are solving companies mental health problems across every industry
  • You will manage your own CRM and build a sustainable pipeline of business
  • We are at the start of our scale-up phase, and this represents a brilliant opportunity to join us on the ground floor as we take our rocket ship to fulfil our grand vision
  • There shall be limitless growth opportunities and the opportunity to work directly with the CEO/Founder, COO and form part of the late-stage founding team
