I am so happy and fulfiled to have finally found my passion, my "Ikigai" at MYNDUP. Having pivoted from a long career in Product, I realised that my passion was actually helping people and that product was just a tool to indirectly do so. To know that I can now help people at scale at MYNDUP is awesome. We have a slack channel where we connect the results of an anonymous feedback form results to, and we receive hundreds of these each week. Every feedback is overwhelmingly positive, and the comments often say that MYNDUP has changed someone's life for the better. This constantly reminds us of why we do what we do, and is our north star. Our vision for a world where we "Uplift Every MYND, One Conversation at a time" ❤ In my eyes, many of the world's problems are being or beginning to be tackled head-on: such as famine, hunger, poverty, climate change, equality, diversity, inclusivity etc, but the one last area that has been mostly ignored, until the pandemic brought it front and centre, is perhaps the most fundamentally vital of all: mental health. The recently formed team at MYNDUP is the best, most diverse, and talented group of people that I have EVER worked with, who are so all clearly aligned around our mission, and constantly pushing themselves to learn, grow and adapt to the challenges that face a high growth start-up. It's exciting to know that the adventure is only just beginning and I am with the best people to do this with!

Having recently assembled the MYNDUP team, we knew that talent, purpose and skills were not enough to grow the business sustainably and achieve the best outcomes. We knew that People & Culture had to come first. Thus we doubled down on a 2 day strategic off-site with everyone where we aligned around our vision, and then collaboratively with the help of hundreds of post-it notes, defined our mission and our values. And most importantly we created and aligned around the behaviours that should underpin our values. I love working for MYNDUP as we are on a mission to end outdate and traditional solutions to mental health in the workplace that use a 'one size fits all' approach. Helping our partners transform their working culture and providing a solution that fits every individuals unique mental wellbeing needs.
