Our take
Launched in 2017 under the name Sandblock, Lum Network is building an on-chain review system for companies. This will enable businesses to provide trusted reviews by timestamping them and immutably storing them on the Lum Network blockchain.
Lum has considerable support in the market. They have successfully raised serious funding from key crypto investors and have also established a key partnership with Skeepers, a leading group in customer engagement.
Moving forwards, there is an exciting opportunity for Lum to innovate on how reviews are left in the retail commerce space. 95% of consumers read reviews before purchasing a product making them extremely important, and Lum is helping to improve consumer satisfaction metrics for both businesses and their future clients.
