Role

Who you are

  • Influencer marketing experience working for a brand, media, PR agency or digital partnerships
  • Existing relationships and personal network of contacts within the influencer industry
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working directly with talent and agents on digital content for brands
  • Negotiating experience is preferred
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns in different markets is a bonus
  • A deep understanding of the social media landscape, particularly, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Genuine interest in the development of the social media landscape and how this will affect how the brand needs to adapt their talent approach
  • Impeccable organisation skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to act as an ambassador for the Feel brand on shoots with talent and partner brands
  • An interest in health and well-being

What the job involves

  • Identify and present relevant talent aligned with the brand
  • Complete end-to-end talent management. Talent briefing, talent negotiation, closing a deal, contracting, and ensuring all content is posted within schedule
  • Relationship management – working with talent agents, talent themselves and internal stakeholders to always ensure our talent approach is in line with our target audience
  • Work directly with finance team on payment terms, schedules and delivery, to ensure all talent are paid within the right time frame
  • Coordinate budgets and Ips in accordance with the wider marketing plan
  • Be a constant champion for talent in the business, with one eye on what our competitors are doing
  • Hire and manage a junior graduate executive
  • Research and setup influencer campaigns in Europe and internationally depending on the business expansion
