Role
Who you are
- A self-driven software engineer with at least 4 years of professional experience
- Capable to communicate, discuss and understand product and technical issues with ease
- Experienced with modern web development technologies (we use React/Next.js mainly)
- Fluent with JavaScript or Typescript and familiar with web development best practices and tools
- Someone with a passion for engineering and solving problems
- Pragmatic and flexible. Your ultimate goal is quality code, but you are able to understand that sometimes done is better than perfect
- Obsessed with maintaining a clean and functional code base
- Someone with a decent understanding of testing strategies. We love ourselves some good old TDD!
- Familiar with Redux & React Query
- Open to take on responsibilities beyond just coding
- A curious and eager individual. You question decisions and don’t settle for average
- Able to pair and mob with other engineers in both planning and developing stages
- Happy to help and collaborate with other engineers. We fail and learn together
- Capable of working in an AGILE environment (we currently follow SCRUM, 2 weeks iterations/sprints)

- You’ll be expected to work in collaboration with not only our superstar engineers, but also with other members of all departments to help us create and deliver a plan that will take us there
- Join a team of fantastic professionals who care enormously about what they do and about each other
- Work closely with our product and design team to plan and deliver on our product strategy
- Be encouraged to bring your own self to work and speak openly and freely
- Have time and opportunities to grow as an engineer and sharpen your skills
- Be responsible for improving the quality of our codebase and developer experience
- Lead projects and initiatives to help us improve our platform (accessibility, tracking, site speed, to name a few)
- Be involved in technical and software architecture decisions
- Report to your Engineering Manager, who will support you and help you build your own career progression plan
- Given the flexibility to work around our core business hours
