We have great collaboration tools that allow us to share information, co-work, and chat with each other. This means we do not need to use emails internally, which blows my mind daily! Working at Circuit and in remote 1st, flexible working environment has completely changed my life for the better. Being able to work at times of the day when I am at my most energized and creative has meant that I can really enjoy what I do and achieve so much more.
