Our take
DentalMonitoring has tapped into the rising demand for remote care in the dental industry. Remote care provides a more efficient and regular way for patients and carers to provide updates to significantly reduce the risk of oral diseases.
The first company to offer a comprehensive range of proprietary AI solutions in this sector, DentalMonitoring allows doctors to monitor a significant variety of oral issues through triage, consultations, and intra-oral pictures. Use of a remote care system also optimises efficiency in that it minimises the need for in-patient visits and eradicates guesswork in between visits.
The company is continually developing products, including the development of AI-powered solutions for braces and aligners, and the launch of the patented device ScanBox for oral scans. Significant funding has also granted the company freedom to expand further and invest its resources globally, by extending services in the US and turning to new markets in East Asia, including Japan and China.
