Role

Who you are

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the health insurance (most preferred), employee benefits or sports (notably football/American football) sector I.e you have some sold a SaaS product to businesses in one of these industries
  • Extremely well networked in one of the above industries
  • Sociable and full of charisma. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues
  • Experience in creating and managing sales pipelines, using and managing CRM tools, and analysing sales performance data
  • Self-starter mentality - you’re excited by a fast growing and evolving start-up environment, and you’re willing to iteratively adapt to focus on achieving results. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

Desirable

  • You have some knowledge/understanding of mental health and brain health conditions, and have some knowledge/understanding of health economics and patient journeys

What the job involves

  • Drive sales and partnerships with businesses that need a cutting-edge brain and mental health digital therapeutic solution
  • Work directly alongside the CEO and other senior leaders at Mindstep. Define a new area at Mindstep, building and shaping the role and team around you
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads, understanding their goals, needs, and pain points
  • Proactively identify and search for opportunities, leveraging your strong network in the above industries
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all leads, providing guidance, support, solutions, and regular health-checks
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline from start-to-finish, coordinating efforts and resources from other Mindstep teams
  • Analyse and report on sales performance and partnerships, using data to continuously improve our approach and results

By integrating with healthcare providers and payers, Mindstep serves as a gateway to manage these conditions at scale.

With nearly 1 billion people affected by neurological and mental health disorders globally, and 75% of them lacking proper diagnosis or treatment, Mindstep aims to change that. The platform offers early screening and management, addressing a significant health challenge while also positioning itself for substantial business growth.

If Mindstep is able to build a new way for patients to screen for, and manage, these diseases earlier and more easily, they have the potential to build a very significant business.
