Based in London and also operating out of Toronto and Singapore, TradingHub provides market analytics solutions to some of the world’s biggest investment banks, hedge funds, and asset managers to help them identify and analyse market abuse, rogue trading and other financial misdeeds.
Protecting the integrity of financial markets is crucial to keeping the global economy in good health, or at the very least, able to recover after a downturn. Judging by the scale of TradingHub’s network, the company plays a key role.
Though it keeps most of its client base under wraps, HSBC is one confirmed customer, while TradingHub also publicises that its clients have well over $20 trillion in assets under management (AUM). No doubt the company is operating in a high-stakes environment, but its organic, venture capital-free growth since launch suggests its holding its own.

Neil Walker
(Co-founder & Manager)Former Non-Executive Director of clearing house group LCH, Head of Credit Trading at Dresdner Bank AG, and Non-Executive Director at Derivatives Consulting Group. Previously worked in Structured Credit Trading for Merrill Lynch.
Diversity & Inclusion at TradingHub
- Education & Learning - In addition to introducing annual training on diversity and inclusion, we regularly host sessions with speakers on a variety of topics. Recent topics covered include being transgender, living with autism, male allyship and being comfortable being uncomfortable.
- Sourcing diverse talent - Annually we partner with the Bright Network to enable us to access a wider pool of female engineering talent. We will also be introducing a Returnship Programme in late 2023.
- Company-wide mentoring - We run a mentoring programme across the whole business to support in a number of areas such as career development, building industry knowledge and understanding and becoming a manager.
