To eliminate every barrier to mental health.
Theo Margolius
COO of Otta
Large companies usually offer employees access to mental health services, but this is much harder for small businesses to provide. Furthermore, existing support is often generalized, resulting in an inability for companies to provide the personalized mental healthcare experience that individuals require.
Spring Health has designed AI-driven tools for employers that offer personalized mental wellness benefit plans to their employees. Recommendations include treatment options, daily routines, and meditation plans, all of which are suggested based on individual employee data.
Spring Health has also recently expanded into the family and pediatric space with its acquisition of Weldon, providing mental wellness guidance to parents through chats with therapists, social workers, and parenting coaches as well as group support with other parents and educational content.
The behavioral health market is expected to rise to $242 billion by 2027 and is growing increasingly competitive. Whilst other solutions primarily focus on fast access to something, like therapy or meditation, Spring Health sets itself apart with its fundamental focus on finding the right type of care for individuals. It has raised nearly $400 million in funding rounds to date, backed by partners such as Northzone and Rethink Impact.
