The company cares significantly about the work-life balance. The Human Resources department is putting a massive effort into making our lives better. It's not only "no calls Fridays", Mental Well-being or countless Learning and Development initiatives. It's also a great atmosphere of support. I always know I can count on my manager, other team members, and everyone else in the company. This creates a motivating, fully remote workplace that inspires you to grow and move outside your comfort zone. While still, everyone is telling you, "remember, working here is a marathon, not a fast sprint that burns you out." And I think it best summarises the work-life balance approach in the company.

Autonomy is valued in the company. Our relationships are based on trust in each other. The company hires the best professionals in the market who are all here to support everyone's efforts and are happy to help. Working with the line managers or team leaders is excellent. We establish our objectives together and the line manager always tries to support your work but leaves you enough room to be autonomous.

Working hours are common sense. Some teams require you to be available at specific hours to connect with other team members. But, as long as you're reachable by others and delivering your objectives on time, you can plan your day as you wish. You can include your chores (doctor appointments, pick-up kids from school, etc.) during the day as long you do it in a healthy manner
