At Choco, I have had had several one on one meetings with my managers where I am able to sit and speak freely about my progress and any challenges I have faced. They do not sugar coat anything, they treat me with respect and are very honest about how I am doing. I feel very comfortable sharing my opinions about anything to my bosses. This communication is all around the office as well, everyone is always open to discuss anything and take our ideas seriously. Overall, it is a phenomenal fun place to work where everybody is truly transparent.

I have only been here about a month and a half and so far any of the work I have done has been greatly appreciated. All my achievements have been applauded and acknowledged by my managers and peers. They value success here and they will do anything in their power to help me get to succeed.
