As a one-stop-shop for companies of any size and sector for freelancers, including vetted indepent consultants, we have the biggest Business Potential in Europe which is quite reassuring. Our flat hierarchies enable everyone to work autonomously. At the same time, managers provide support to enable us. I joined Malt a couple years ago and I am now entering my third role change. Malt is really pushing for internal job changes and has allowed me to discover new teams. I have been able to develop super quickly because the company is growing so fast.
